Shipping Policy

Free Shipping in the Continental USA

We offer free shipping on all orders $400.00 and above within the continental United States.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-10 business days.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

  • Alaska & Hawaii: Orders shipped to these locations will incur additional shipping fees.

  • Canada: Shipping to Canada is now available, and additional shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • In rare cases, tracking information may be delayed due to carrier updates. If this occurs, please allow up to 48 hours for the system to refresh.

  • If you do not receive tracking details, contact Smarter Water USA Customer Support for assistance.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs if the delivery failure was due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • We do not re-ship undelivered packages. If you still want the item, you will need to place a new order.

  • Contact our support team if:

    1. You suspect a delivery issue.

    2. You haven’t received a return notice.

    3. Your package is weeks past the expected delivery date and no refund has been issued.

Refused Shipments

If a package is refused upon delivery for reasons unrelated to Smarter Water USA, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Orders that are refused before delivery may still be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any incurred shipping charges.

Damage or Lost Shipments

For damaged or lost items, follow these steps:

  • Small Packages: You must report any damage or loss within 10 days of delivery.

  • Freight Shipments: Inspect your package before signing for delivery and report any damage to the freight driver immediately.

  • To process a claim, we may request photos of the damage. Investigations typically take 5 to 14 business days.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is processed for shipping by contacting customer support.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you still wish to return the item, you may follow our return policy below.

Return Policy

General Return Policy

We accept returns within six (6) months from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

  • Product Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, parts, and documentation included.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items.

  • Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees, taxes, brokerage, customs, and border crossing charges cannot be refunded.

  • Water Test Kits: These must be unused and returned within 30 days.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a six-month risk-free trial on all unused products:

  • If you’re not fully satisfied and have not used the product, you may return it within six months for a 100% refund, minus a 25% restocking fee.

  • Products must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • To qualify for a refund, water conditions must meet manufacturer specifications at the time of return (if applicable).

Product Exchanges

If you receive a defective item, you may request an exchange:

  • Contact customer support to initiate a replacement request.

  • A prepaid return label will be provided for returning the defective item.

  • A replacement unit will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.

If you wish to exchange your product for a different model, follow these steps:

  • Return the original item following our return policy.

  • Place a new order for your preferred product at any time—you do not need to wait for us to process the return.

How to Return a Product

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Obtain a Return Authorization: Contact Smarter Water USA Customer Support to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product.

  2. Package the Product Securely: Returns must be shipped in their original packaging, with all components included.

  3. Use a Trackable Shipping Method: Customers are responsible for ensuring the return shipment is tracked and insured, as Smarter Water USA is not liable for lost or damaged returns.
